Select the downloaded iOS beta 11.4.1 beta 5 ipsw file you have. Now while holding the Shift Button on click on Update (Windows Only).

Visit the Summary page in iTunes for your device, then Option-click (Mac) or Shift-click (Windows) the Update button. Download the relevant IPSW restore file for your device: iPhone 6 / iPhone 6 Plus.
